我不是纯做投放的，也不是纯写代码的。我做的事介于两者之间：先把散在六个后台里的订单、账单、库存拉成一张能看的表，再把这张表变成每天自己会跑的东西。I'm neither a pure media buyer nor a pure engineer. I pull orders, bills and inventory out of six dashboards into one readable table — then make that table run itself every day.

退货率高不是运营的锅 —— 是选品、主图、话术、物流四条线同时漏水。High return rates are not an ops failure — four lines leak at once: assortment, imagery, script, logistics.
大部分商家的账算不清，不是没数据，是数据散在六个后台里，没人拼。Most sellers can't read their P&L not for lack of data, but because it's scattered across six backends.
先算清账，再谈增长 —— 顺序反了，增长就是亏得更快。Fix the numbers first, then grow. Reverse it and growth just loses money faster.

数字中商做 SEO / SEM，把关键词从百度第 2 页做到首页第 3 位；新媒传信做新媒体活动；金信网负责移动端运营，半年做出 3.5 亿交易额、60 万用户。SEO/SEM at Digital Zhongshang; social campaigns at Xinmei Chuanxin; mobile ops at Jinxin — 350M RMB in six months, 600k users.

用 Jito 按国家、行业、品类建立筛选条件，以目标市场语言检索，官网核实产品匹配度与联系渠道，输出销售脚本与展示材料。Built filters by country, industry and category in Jito, searched in local languages, verified fit and contacts against official sources, produced sales scripts and decks.
